Such surfactant-containing seamless capsules are produced using in multiple nozzle of triple or more having a sequentially increasing diameter. Since the capsules are excellent in emulsive dispersibility of the content liquid and surfactant dispersibility and solubility in the oily component, they can be used in pharmaceuticals, foods, luxury foods, bath additives, detergents and other fields.
