  • Publication number: 20190048902
Abstract: A liquid leakage detection device of the present invention includes a sensor unit and a determination unit. The sensor unit is configured to detect liquid between seals of a plurality of seals that are arranged aligned in an axial direction on an inner circumference of a shaft supporting member, which is an inner circumference of the shaft supporting member into which a shaft is movably inserted, to seal an outer circumference of the shaft. The determination unit is configured to determine whether or not liquid leaks, through detection of liquid by the sensor unit.

  • Patent number: 6724185
Abstract: A rotation angle sensor comprises permanent magnets 4, 5 having opposite poles facing each other, and a flux density detecting unit 10 which performs relative rotation between the permanent magnets 4, 5. Opposite magnetic pole surfaces 11, 12 of the permanent magnets 4, 5 are formed in a curved shape so that the flux density between the permanent magnets 4, 5 can be suitably distributed. In this way, the resolution of the sensor can be increased without increase in cost.
