    Abstract: A hydraulic machine according to an embodiment includes an inlet section into which water flowing from an upper pond flows, a runner configured to be rotated by water flowing out from the inlet section, an outlet section configured to flow out water flowing out from the runner to a lower stream, and a micro-nano bubble generator configured to generate water containing micro-nano bubbles. The micro-nano bubble generator supplies the water containing micro-nano bubbles to water flowing inside the hydraulic machine from a portion between the inlet section and the outlet section of the hydraulic machine.
