  • Patent number: 10871199
Abstract: Any one of a bracket and a first attachment tool includes a press-fit portion. Another one of the bracket and the first attachment tool includes a tubular press-fitted portion. The press-fit portion is press-fitted to the press-fitted portion. The press-fitted portion includes a tubular rigid portion having an inner surface with recesses depressed and an elastic film portion made of an elastic body bonded to an inner surface of the rigid portion. The press-fit portion includes: a first protrusion portion projecting in a direction perpendicular to the press fitting direction, the first protrusion portion biting into the elastic film portion; and a second protrusion portion that partially overlaps with the rigid portion as viewed in the press fitting direction with the second protrusion portion located inside the recess.

  • Patent number: 10316920
Abstract: A vibration damper, which enables a spring constant in the axial direction to be increased while reducing a spring constant in the torsional direction and a spring constant in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction, is provided. With dividing surfaces of first rubber parts and dividing surfaces of second rubber parts separated from each other in the direction of the axis, and spaces formed between the dividing surfaces, first outer cylinder parts and second outer cylinder parts are held and fixed by cylindrical members. Using the spaces between the dividing surfaces of the first rubber parts and the dividing surfaces of the second rubber parts, a compression component of the rubber base in the direction of the axis can be maintained while suppressing a shear component of the rubber base in the torsional direction and the compression component of the rubber base in the direction perpendicular to the axis.

  • Patent number: 9878604
Abstract: [Problem] To provide a liquid-sealed antivibration device capable of improving the position accuracy of an outer fitting member and a diaphragm. [Solution] Since a cylindrical outer fitting member 11 with an outer edge part of a diaphragm 10 connected thereto is externally fitted on a partition member 20 at an area on an inner peripheral surface of the outer fitting member 11 where the diaphragm 10 is not connected, that is, since the diaphragm 10 is not interposed between the partition member 20 and the outer fitting member 11, the position relation of the outer fitting member 11 to the partition member 20 can be stabilized, so that the outer fitting member 11 can be restrained from inclining relative to the partition member 20.

  • Patent number: 9855831
Abstract: A liquid-sealed antivibration device capable of improving the position accuracy of an outer fitting member and a diaphragm. An outer fitting member (11) is externally fitted on a partition member (20) with an interposition portion (10b) interposed, and the interposition portion (10b) is made to be fixed in thickness. Thus, when a diameter reduction process is given to a second attaching member (3), the outer fitting member (11) is restrained from being displaced in a direction to slip out of the partition member (20). Therefore, the outer fitting member (11) is restrained from falling eccentric or inclined relative to the partition member (20), and hence, it can be realized that the outer fitting member (11) and the diaphragm (10) are improved in position accuracy.

  • Patent number: 9382967
Abstract: To provide a vibration isolation device capable of preventing the sealing performance in liquid filling work from deteriorating and capable of simplifying maintenance of apparatuses in relation with the liquid filling work. A liquid chamber is filled with liquid from a through hole through a nozzle. A seal section is vulcanizingly formed in the periphery on one end side of the through hole. Because the seal section interferes with a nozzle and is elastically deformed, the sealing performance in pouring in the liquid can be secured. Also, because the seal section is arranged for every vibration isolation device, maintenance of a liquid filling device can be simplified compared with a case the seal section is arranged in the liquid filling device.

  • Patent number: 8678360
Abstract: In a liquid-sealed type vibration isolator having a first orifice flow channel 56 and a second orifice flow channel 60, a valve member 66 formed of a rubber elastomeric membrane for opening and closing the second orifice flow channel 60 is provided on a partitioning member 40 so as to be orthogonal to the direction of flow in the second orifice flow channel. The valve member is held at the outer peripheral portion thereof by a wall surface of a valve housing chamber 68, and includes inside the outer peripheral portion thereof a membrane portion 66B which is subjected to the flexural deformation by the liquid flow in the second orifice flow channel to close openings 60C and 60D of the second orifice flow channel. Communicating holes 76 which bring the second orifice flow channel into communication are provided at positions not overlapped with the opening of the membrane portion 66B. Accordingly, the switching of characteristics is enabled with an inexpensive structure.
