    Abstract: At least one yoke member and a bobbin carrying a solenoid are accommodated within a housing, with one end wall of the housing, the yoke member and the bobbin being in axial alignment. An air passage extends through the yoke member, the bobbin and the end wall of the housing to establish communication between the atmosphere and an internal space defined within a cap member which is fixed to the other end of the housing and in which switch contacts are positioned. A sleeve is clamped at its one end between the end wall of the housing and a yoke member, and its other end terminates at an intermediate portion of the bobbin. Said other end of the housing has an annular tip caulked to the cap member along its entire circumference. Further, a stopper is disposed for pressure contact with a portion of the movable core to prohibit movement of the movable core in a direction away from the stationary core beyond a predetermined position.

    Abstract: Ignition timing control apparatus for an internal combustion spark ignition engine employs a vacuum actuator having a movable element positioned between first and second vacuum chambers and arranged to advance or retard the spark timing. A single three-way control valve, electrically operated, serves to connect one of the vacuum chambers to engine intake vacuum pressure and to vent the other vacuum chamber to atmosphere, depending on speed of the vehicle driven by the engine. A temperature responsive valve cuts off engine intake vacuum pressure to the three-way control valve when the ambient temperature drops below a predetermined level.

    Abstract: A warning system for automotive vehicles of a construction, wherein a plurality of abnormality detectors are disposed at various locations in the vehicle so that any possible abnormality to occur may be detected, a plurality of abnormality indicators are connected to the abnormality detectors so as to be instantaneously actuated as soon as detection signals are received from the abnormality detectors and to thereby indicate abnormal situation taking place at any part of the vehicle; a plurality of action indicators are connected to the abnormality indicators to warn the driver of the action to be taken depending on the degree of the abnormal situation, and a preferential circuit is disposed in a connecting circuit between the abnormality detectors and the plurality of action indicators so as to preferentially introduce a detection signal of the highest emergency into the action indicator corresponding to such detection signal.
