Therefore, in order to protect data from unauthorized access, security measures are applied to all of them, which need to be constantly updated. Moreover, this security management depends on the operators of the respective devices, and even if each operator completely performs, it is not possible to predict when a new attack method will be devised, leaving users with a constant data-leakage-related anxiety. [Methods to solve the Issue] The present invention moves confidential data stored in a cloud server on the Internet to a data storage device of an intranet connected via a firewall, and links the ID of the confidential data and the confidential data. It is thus characterized by not placing confidential data on the internet.

Abstract: A laminated film of a pad oxide film (12) and a silicon nitride film (13) is deposited on a silicon substrate (11). Further, a polysilicon film (14) is formed on the laminated film. The silicon film (14), the silicon nitride film (13) and the pad oxide film (12) are sequentially etched through the use of a resist mask (15). Then the silicon substrate (11) is etched with the polysilicon film (14) as a mask to form a trench (16).

Abstract: A power supply circuit comprises a single discharge capacitor having a charging sufficient to trigger discharge in a discharge lamp. The discharge capacitor is associated with means for accumulating energy, with which it is charged. The energy accumulating means receives commercially available alternating current and applies the accumulated energy to the discharge capacitor to charge the latter. The power supply circuit may include an auxiliary capacitor which has a smaller capacitance and higher potential rating than the discharge capacitor. The auxiliary capacitor may have a potential rating sufficient to activate the discharge lamp alone. The discharge capacitor cooperates with the auxiliary capacitor to define discharge period. Preferably, the power supply circuit may include means for blocking or shutting off power supply at a given timing to precisely control the discharge period.
