  • Publication number: 20230245488
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to acquire biometric information on small animals without being affected by the movements of the small animals and also without giving stress to the small animals. The present invention comprises the steps of: acquiring pieces of image information on a hand and/or a foot of a quadrupedal small animal; extracting a predetermined piece of signal information from among the pieces of image information that have been acquired; and processing the predetermined piece of the signal information which has been extracted so as to acquire biometric information on the small animal. The present invention further comprises the step of capturing an image of an abdominal side of the small animal, and the step of capturing an image of the small animal from below a location of the small animal.

  • Patent number: 8574507
Abstract: A compact heat exchanger-integrated reaction device, comprising a heat exchange section and a reaction section, capable of providing high heat recovery performance, with a small number of ducts of the reaction section formed for supplying and return paths without increasing the volume of the entire reaction device. With the heat exchanger-integrated reaction device equipped with ducts in the reaction section adjacent to the plate-stacking-type heat exchange section, collection ducts for allowing a plurality of regions having openings for discharging a fluid to be processed to be connected with at least one supplying duct of the reaction section, and distribution ducts for allowing at least one supplying duct of the reaction section to be connected with a plurality of regions having openings for receiving the fluid from the heat exchange section are provided between the heat exchange section and the duct of the reaction section.

  • Publication number: 20060080291
Abstract: A package stock management method and device for an operator to register (provisioning-setting) a new service in a service offering device, wherein upon reception of a provisioning setting request of a service to a desired service offering device, a package having a necessary function for offering the service is retrieved from stock information set in a first database; proper information of the retrieved package as provisioning information is set in a second database; and, at the time when the retrieved package is forwarded and mounted on the service offering device, the provisioning information is set in the mounted package.

  • Publication number: 20020059461
Abstract: A change in the state of a package in an NE is recognized and operation setting necessary for the package is performed automatically and efficiently. A package information obtaining section obtains information regarding a package and generates a package information table at the time of starting. An operational information obtaining section obtains information regarding the package regularly and generates an operational information table at the time of operating network elements through. A change information detecting section detects change information by comparing the package information table and the operational information table. A package operation setting performing section performs operation setting on the package on the basis of the change information.
