The intraocular lens insertion apparatus includes a substantially tubular apparatus body which has, at a tip end thereof, an insertion tube part for inserting an intraocular lens in a folded state into an eye, the intraocular lens having a lens body and a support, a storage which stores the intraocular lens, and an extruding member which moves the intraocular lens in the insertion tube part by pushing the intraocular lens, and the extruding member has a tip end part having a first protrusion protruding to one side in a left-right direction and a second protrusion protruding to the other side in the left-right direction.

Abstract: An intraocular lens insertion apparatus includes a substantially tubular insertion member configured to be inserted into an eye, an opening part provided at a tip end of the insertion member to eject an intraocular lens into the eye, and an intraocular lens push member which pushes the intraocular lens to move the intraocular lens through the insertion member and ejects the intraocular lens from the opening part into the eye. An opening direction of the opening part is tilted with respect to a direction in which the insertion member extends, and a recess having a predetermined depth and extending in the extending direction is provided at an outer peripheral surface of the insertion member on an insertion member rear end side of the opening part.

Abstract: A control circuit of a power converter selecting an optimal mode for reducing the switching of switching elements. The control circuit includes a current instruction generator for providing current instruction values to a current loop which controls output currents of a power converter, a current deviation vector detector for calculating current deviations between the current instruction values and corresponding feedback values, respectively; a voltage detector for calculating a voltage vector of three-phase voltage generators, and a PWM pattern selector for selecting a PWM pattern for the power converter. When the current deviation vector deviates from the allowable deviation range, the PWM pattern selector selects a switching mode for the power converter from among switching modes limited by values of the current deviation vector and the voltage vector, and outputs the PWM pattern selected.
