  • Patent number: 9866535
Abstract: A content reproduction system includes an information processing terminal (102) and a secure device (103). The information processing terminal (102) receives a copyright protection application program (315) from an application distribution server (113). The copyright protection application program includes a first program having a first execution format executable in the information processing terminal (102) and a second program having a second execution format different from the first execution format and executable in the secure device (103). The second program is encrypted with a program key (515) held in the secure device (103). By extracting and executing the first program, the information processing terminal (102) extracts the second program and transmits the second program to the secure device (103).

  • Publication number: 20030088853
Abstract: A trace information holding unit (1100) acquires and memorizes information indicating operations of an application program module (1011) (trace information) to be executed on a multitasking OS (1012). A search condition input unit (1210) accepts two or more pieces of information from an operator as search conditions. A search condition memory unit (1220) memorizes the accepted search conditions. A searching unit (1230) performs a search among the trace information stored in a trace information memory unit (1120) based on search conditions. A search result displaying unit (1240) displays a search result.

  • Publication number: 20030038978
Abstract: A broadcast receiving device comprises: a memory medium 403 that stores a received e-mail and broadcast mail, an add-on program 402b for adding an e-mail header to a broadcast mail body text, and a display program 402c that displays a broadcast mail and an e-mail stored in the memory medium 403 on a monitor 407. When a CPU 411 receives the broadcast mail according to the programs, it extracts the broadcast mail body text, adds the e-mail header to the broadcast mail, stores it in the memory medium 403. Then the CPU 411 reads out the information of the broadcast mail and the e-mail stored in the memory medium 403, and displays them in one screen.

  • Patent number: 6469719
Abstract: A layout unit refers to a plurality of menu items stored in a menu item information storage unit by a menu item information obtaining unit. The following processes are performed as necessary to display a large number of menu items in a predetermined part of a GUI screen. A character size reducing unit reduces the size of characters used to display menu items. A margin reducing unit determines the layout of menu items so as to reduce the margins in menu items. An abbreviating unit replaces certain character strings in menu items with shorter character strings. In this way, the layout unit determines the layout of menu items. A menu control unit then has the menu items displayed in accordance with the layout determined by the layout unit.

  • Patent number: 5668978
Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for synthesizing a plurality of program component specifications into a single program component specification. Each program component transforms its state in operation, responding to an input of an event and in turn outputs another event in accordance with the transformation to the other program components. The program component specifications each includes a table showing events to be inputted therein, a table showing states of the program component in operation, a table showing state transformations in response to the input events, and a table showing events to be outputted therefrom according to the state transformations.

  • Patent number: 5571495
Abstract: Proposed is a dielectric thin film of a substituted lead titanate having a chemical composition expressed by the formulaPb(Ti.sub.1-x M.sub.x)O.sub.3in which the subscript x is a positive number in the range from 0.05 to 0.50 and M is an element selected from the group consisting of niobium, tantalum, vanadium, antimony, bismuth, arsenic, tungsten, hafnium, germanium, tin, aluminum and gallium substituting for a part of the titanium atoms in the perovskite crystal lattice of lead titanate. Different from thin films of unsubstituted lead titanate or conventional substituted lead titanates, the above defined dielectric thin films of the invention are free from the disadvantage that the dielectric constant of the thin film is greatly decreased when the thickness of the thin film is so small as to be 1 .mu.m or smaller so that the dielectric constant of the inventive dielectric thin film having a thickness of 0.5 .mu.
