  • Publication number: 20220247035
Abstract: A solid electrolyte membrane having favorable characteristics and a method of forming the same are provided. A solid electrolyte membrane 40 is composed of a non-woven fabric (ultrafine fiber non-woven fabric) UFN and solid electrolyte particles 4AP incorporated therein. Also, the non-woven fabric UFN includes a fiber (ultrafine fiber UF) made of a resin containing a polar filler. A method of manufacturing the solid electrolyte membrane 40 includes a step of preparing the non-woven fabric UFN including a fiber made of a resin containing a polar filler, a step of applying a slurry S containing the solid electrolyte particles 4AP onto the non-woven fabric UFN, and a step of heating while pressurizing the slurry S on the non-woven fabric UFN. Further, the non-woven fabric UFN is formed by making the resin containing the polar filler be a fibrous form by a laser electrospinning method.

  • Patent number: 8186519
Abstract: A porous object comprising a three-dimensional network skeleton of a cured epoxy resin and having interconnecting pores, characterized in that the three-dimensional network skeleton forms a non-particle-aggregation type porous object constituted of a three-dimensional branched columnar structure, the proportion of aromatic-ring-derived carbon atoms to all the carbon atoms as a component of the cured epoxy resin is 0.10-0.65, and the porous object has a porosity of 20-80% and an average pore diameter of 0.5-50 ?m.

  • Publication number: 20040135278
Abstract: A method of producing a polyolefin porous film, including: a step of melt-kneading a resin which contains a polyolefin with a viscosity-average molecular weight of 300,000 or more as a main ingredient, together with a non-reactive gas using an extruder(s) (melt-kneading step); a step of forming the melt-kneaded resin into a non-porous solid resin form having an arbitrary shape (forming step); and a step of making the non-porous solid resin form porous (making-porous step).
