  • Patent number: 10646402
Abstract: A syringe device includes an administration holder, and a cylinder portion which allows insertion of the administration holder. The cylinder portion includes a coupling holder, a slit holder coupled to the coupling holder, and a double-ended needle assembly disposed slidably in an interior of the coupling holder. A cartridge for a freeze-dry product is mounted, in the administration holder, and a cartridge for solvent is mounted in the coupling holder. When the administration holder is pushed, the double-ended needle assembly slides. When one of the needle points pricks the cartridge for freeze-dry product, the other needle point of the double-ended needle assembly pricks the cartridge for the solvent, and then the needle points unseal the cartridges by a further sliding movement of the double-ended needle assembly.

  • Patent number: 8259295
Abstract: In the fabrication of a semiconductor integrated circuit device, a 2D-3D inspection technique for solder printed on a substrate is provided which permits easy preparation of data and easy visual confirmation of a defective portion. In a substrate inspecting step, first, a 3D inspection is performed, followed by execution of 2D inspection, whereby a 2D picked-up image of the portion of a pad determined to be defective can be displayed on a larger scale simultaneously with the end of inspection, thereby providing an environment for efficient visual confirmation of the defect. Further, by subjecting a raw substrate to measurement at the time of preparing inspection data, a relation between an original height measurement reference generated automatically by the inspection system and the height of a pad upper surface is checked, whereby it is possible to measure the height and volume of printed solder based on the pad upper surface.

  • Patent number: 7654864
Abstract: When a predetermined rupture load is applied to a mounting bracket formed on an attachment part, a rupture develops in the mounting bracket, and the attachment part can be separated from a base part by this rupture. The mounting bracket, in which a slit extending in a direction intersecting a loading direction of a rupture load is formed, includes a rigid portion disposed at one side of the slit and a breakable portion disposed at the other side of the slit which is breakable because of the presence of the bolt.

  • Publication number: 20090201103
Abstract: A first and a second longitudinally coupled resonator-type surface acoustic wave filter are disposed on a piezoelectric substrate. One end of a first IDT arranged at the middle of the first longitudinally coupled resonator-type surface acoustic wave filter is connected to a first unbalanced terminal, and one end of a first IDT arranged at the middle of the second longitudinally coupled resonator-type surface acoustic wave filter is connected to a second unbalanced terminal. Signal terminals of second IDTs of the first and the second longitudinally coupled resonator-type surface acoustic wave filter are connected to each other with a first signal line. Third IDTs are connected to each other with a second signal line. A capacitor is connected between the first and the second signal line. The above arrangement provides a cascaded longitudinally coupled resonator-type surface acoustic wave filter device including an inter-stage capacitor is miniaturized.
