  • Patent number: 6743490
Abstract: A packaging box, for a golf ball, is formed by folding a packaging sheet comprising a decomposable laminate material consisting of a polylactic acid-containing polymer film and a sheet of paper laminated with the polylactic acid-containing polymer film. A portion corresponding to a window is cut out from the paper, and the window is covered with the polylactic acid-containing polymer film laminated on the paper. The window is formed straddlingly on two or three planes such that the polylactic acid-containing polymer film covering the window is bent perpendicularly at a boundary between the planes adjacent to each other. A raised portion is formed on the packaging sheet.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 2, 2001
Date of Patent: June 1, 2004
    Assignee: Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd.
Inventors: Kazuhisa Fushihara, Kuniyasu Horiuchi, Norio Yoshiga, Jun Takagi

  • Patent number: 5024891
Abstract: A polyamide resin-metal laminate comprising a metal substrate having a heat-treated epoxy resin coating layer on its surface and a polyamide resin laminated on the coating layer of the substrate, said coating layer having the following surface analytical spectrum values as measured by electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA method):(1) Relative elemental content of carbon element (C.sub.1s spectrum): at least 50 atomic %,(2) Relative contents based on the total content of C.dbd.O, C--O, C.dbd.C--C.dbd.C, CH and C--C functional groups of C.sub.1s spectrum, as determined by the respective waveform analyses: C.dbd.O group: at least 4.0 atomic %, and C--O group: at most 25 atomic %.
