  • Patent number: 11821539
Abstract: A gas solenoid valve includes: a housing; a main valve body; a guide member; a first biasing member that is disposed in a housing space formed inward of the guide member to surround the main valve body and biases the main valve body in an opening direction; a second biasing member; and an electromagnetic drive device. The housing space is spaced apart from one end of the guide member in the opening direction. A buffer groove is formed at the one end of the guide member to surround an opening end of an inner hole of the guide member.

  • Patent number: 11754197
Abstract: A gas solenoid valve includes: a housing including a first port, a second port, and a valve port leading to the first port and the second port; a main valve body capable of moving between a closed position thereof closing the valve port and an open position thereof opening the valve port and configured to move in an opening direction from the closed position to the open position by pressure of gas supplied through the first port; a biasing member that provides a biasing force acting in a closing direction to the main valve body to position the main valve body in the closed position; and an electromagnetic drive device that generates an excitation force opposing the biasing force of the biasing member to cause the main valve body to move to the open position. A damping chamber in the housing dampens movement of the main valve body.

  • Patent number: 11428327
Abstract: There is provided a check valve capable of effectively suppressing the generation of chattering. The check valve includes: a housing including an inlet channel, a valve chest, and an outlet channel; a seat member provided around the inlet channel, the seat member including a seat portion; a valve element pressed against the seat portion to close the inlet channel; a biasing member configured to push the valve element toward a valve seat; a guide portion provided at the housing and configured to guide the valve element when the valve element moves in an axial direction; and a damper chamber communicating with the valve chest through a space between the valve element and the guide portion, the damper chamber being configured to attenuate axial moving force of the valve element. The biasing member is arranged in the valve chest.

  • Publication number: 20220136612
Abstract: A relief valve for gas includes: a housing having a valve port connecting with an inflow passage and an outflow passage, and a tapered valve seat formed in the inflow passage to surround the valve port; a valve body having a tapered valve head part and movable between a closed position where the valve head part is seated and fits in the valve seat to close the valve port, and a full stroke position farthest from the valve seat; and a biasing member that biases the valve body to the closed position. The valve body has a seal member that is provided to externally fit on a seal groove formed on an outer circumferential face of the valve head part over an entire circumferential periphery, and to be seated on the valve seat in the closed position to seal between the valve seat and the valve head part.

  • Publication number: 20210033208
Abstract: A check valve capable of being reduced in size and suppressing the generation of chattering, including: a seat member arranged at a channel of a fluid including a large-diameter portion, small-diameter portion, and seat portion, the large and small-diameter portions provided at an inner periphery of the seat member, the seat portion provided between the large and small-diameter portions; a valve element pressed against the seat portion to close the channel; and a casing including a valve chest accommodating the valve element so the valve element is movable in an axial direction. The large-diameter portion has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the valve element which enters in the axial direction. A space through which fluid flows is formed between the large-diameter portion and the valve element. The diameter of the large-diameter portion is equal to or less than 1.2 times the diameter of the valve element.
