Abstract: To provide a clean room facility that appropriately performs air conditioning of a clean room. The clean room facility includes: a front room and a work room that are clean rooms provided inside a large room; an air handling unit configured to adjust a temperature of air supplied to the large room; a chamber provided as one common space above a ceiling of the front room and the work room and configured to guide air from the large room; an air supply fan; and a duct shaft. The duct shafts include the duct shaft that does not communicate with the chamber, and air is guided from the front room and the work room to the duct shaft not communicating with the chamber, and is exhausted through the duct shaft.

Abstract: A clean room facility includes a processing room in which a safety cabinet used for preparing a sample is arranged, a plurality of rooms in which incubators related to culture or inspection of the sample are arranged, a partition that partitions the processing room and each of the rooms, an openable and closable door or a window that is provided in the partition and used for moving of the sample, and a side wall that partitions adjacent rooms among the plurality of rooms.

Abstract: A clean room facility which prevents an insect from entering a clean room at a low cost is provided. The clean room facility includes: a finish sheet that is provided on an upper side of a floor base of the clean room and forms a floor surface of the clean room; and a base sheet that is provided between the floor base and the finish sheet. The base sheet: is provided also under a panel member which serves as a side wall of the clean room; and is extended to a vicinity of an exterior wall of a building including the clean room.

Abstract: Provided is a user-friendly air conditioning system. An air conditioning system comprises: a fan filter unit that has an air supply fan for supplying air to a clean room; and a fan filter unit that has an air return fan for returning or the like of air from the clean room. The air conditioning system further comprises: a pressure sensor that is installed in the clean room; and a control device that controls one of the air supply fan and the air return fan on the basis of the detection value of the pressure sensor, and controls the other fan at a constant speed. It is possible to switch between controlling one of the air supply fan and the air return fan on the basis of the detection value of the pressure sensor and the other fan at a constant speed.
