Abstract: A guide jig having a novel structure capable of being fixated quickly and easily on a wiring diagram without damaging the wiring diagram and also capable of achieving a powerful fixative force when fixated on the wiring diagram. The guide jig includes a magnet body magnetically held to a diagram board main body, a wiring diagram being provided to the diagram board main body, and a support placed on the wiring diagram. A guide on which a wire harness runs is provided between the magnet body and the support. The support includes a friction member preventing the support from slipping with respect to the wiring diagram.

Abstract: A structure and method are provided for accommodating elongated electric wires in a protector in a parallel array. The structure includes a plurality of elongated electric wires to be arranged in parallel, a trough-like receiving member for accommodating the elongated electric wires in a parallel condition, and a cover member for covering the open upper face of the receiving member. The elongated electric wires are held by a clamp member for arraying the elongated electric wires in the required parallel condition. The clamp members are positioned at required distances along the length of the elongated electric wires, and engaging parts for positioning the clamp members are provided in the receiving member, so that the elongated electric wires are accommodated in parallel condition.

Abstract: One or more specific wires is placed at the middle of the wire harness cross section with double-sided adhesive tape between the specific wires and the other wires surrounding these core wires. One side of the double-sided adhesive tape adheres to these core wires while the other side adheres to the other wires surrounding the core wires. The double-sided adhesive tape thus positions and holds both the selected core wires and the surrounding other wires. A single-sided adhesive tape can be also used.
