  • Publication number: 20230383690
Abstract: Provided is a thermos-valve connecting body with which attachment work is simplified by integrating a plurality of thermos-valves. The thermos-valve includes: a housing; a thermos-element that includes a temperature-sensing unit that senses the temperature of a coolant, that opens and closes one flow path in accordance with the temperature of the coolant, and that is housed inside the housing; and a connecting part formed on the housing and attached to another thermos-valve. The thermos-valve connecting body enables one thermos-valve to be attached to a connecting part of the other thermos-valve by the connecting part formed on the housing, and the one thermos-valve and the other thermos-valve to be formed integrally.

  • Patent number: 10054962
Abstract: A thermo valve has a valve chamber disposed inside a housing and open to a first flow path through an opening. Second and third flow paths open into the valve chamber. A thermo-element that can move back and forth axially inside the valve chamber in response to fluid temperature opens and closes the second and third flow paths and is biased in a direction that blocks the flow paths by a coil spring. A valve element that is a bypass valve that opens and closes an opening that connects the first and third flow paths inside the valve chamber and communicates the first and third flow paths is disposed in the opening. The coil spring is also used to bias the valve element in a direction that blocks the flow paths.

  • Patent number: 9970346
Abstract: A thermoactuator easily installed in an object without compromising the operating characteristics of the thermo-element has an element case, containing wax that expands and contracts with changes in temperature; a supporting portion attached at one end to the element case by crimping, slidably supporting a shaft at another end; a cylindrical casing having an opening in one end, at least a portion of the supporting portion pressed through the opening in the one end of the cylindrical casing; and a flange expanding outward from the one end of the cylindrical casing, in which through-holes are formed for mounting the thermoactuator to an object to which the thermoactuator is to be attached. The element case is supported by one end of the supporting portion housed within the object to which the thermoactuator is to be attached and the casing is mounted on the object via the flange.
