  • Patent number: 8201585
Abstract: According to the present invention, even though the paint is filled or discharged repetitively to or from the paint bag (5), so that bursting of a coating bag (5) or lack of coating material during coating are not caused by accumulation of error between the filling amount and the using amount. That is, before a predetermined amount of the coating material is supplied to the coating material bag (5), the remaining coating material in the coating material bag (5) is extruded to empty it, since the coating material bag (5) is squashed by the pressure of fluid which was supplied to the hydraulic fluid chamber (6) outside of the bag.

  • Patent number: 8006921
Abstract: For providing a coating material cartridge capable of reliably discharging air and coating material stagnated in a hydraulic fluid chamber, a coating material cartridge has a cartridge main body, a partition body, a coating material transfer path and a plurality of hydraulic fluid transfer paths. The cartridge main body is detachably attached to a coating material filling device. The partition body partitions the inner region of the cartridge main body into a coating material chamber and a hydraulic fluid chamber. The coating material transfer path communicates the coating material chamber and the outer region of the cartridge main body, and each of the hydraulic fluid transfer paths communicates the hydraulic fluid chamber and a outer region of the cartridge main body. Each of the hydraulic fluid transfer paths has a plurality of openings that opens in the hydraulic fluid chamber and the distance for each of the openings from the connection end face is different from each other.

  • Publication number: 20090314204
Abstract: It is a subject to provide a coating material leakage detection device capable of finding contamination of a hydraulic fluid at an early stage and capable of preventing the degradation of a coating quality of a work. For this purpose, coating material leakage from a coating material chamber to a hydraulic fluid chamber in a coating material cartridge is detected by a coating material leakage detection device. The coating material cartridge is attached detachably to a coating material filling device, and the coating material chamber and the hydraulic fluid chamber are partitioned from each other by way of a deformable partition body. Further, the coating material leakage detection device has a contaminant detection means for detecting the contaminant in the hydraulic fluid attributable to the coating material leakage. Accordingly, contamination of the hydraulic fluid can be found at an early stage.

  • Patent number: 5152466
Abstract: An electrostatic coating apparatus for coating an electroconductive paint includes an electrostatic coating machine applied with a high voltage, a paint supply pipeline for supplying an electroconductive paint and a reciprocal pump disposed between the electrostatic coating machine and the paint supply pipeline and adapted such that the paint introduced from the input port is discharged at a predetermined flow rate from the output port of the pump and supplied at a predetermined amount to the electrostatic coating machine. The input port of the pump is made detachable from the paint supply pipeline. Electric insulation to paint supply pipelines can be saved. The reciprocal pump may be replaced with a paint charge pipe connected with a cleaning liquid supply pipe for supplying a cleaning liquid at a predetermined flow rate, thereby discharging the paint from the paint charge pipe.
