  • Patent number: 10661427
Abstract: A power tool has a fan guide for straightening the flow of cooling air generated by a fan, wherein the branching passages through are provided for causing a portion of the cooling air drawn into the fan from a ventilation hole to diverge from a flow toward an exhaust port formed on a bearing guide side, and the portion of the cooling air flows toward an inlet and thereby circulates inside a housing. The branching passages through provided to the fan guide are formed so as to be inclined in the same direction as a circumferential direction so that air path resistance during actual operation (in an intermediate-speed region) does not increase.

  • Publication number: 20160144411
Abstract: A washer includes: a tank which stores washer fluid; a pump which pressurizes the wash fluid supplied from the tank; a main body including an electric-powered motor which is a driving source of the pump and a battery pack which is a power source of the electric-powered motor; a spray device including a nozzle; and a pressure-resistant hose which connects the main body with the spray device. A discharge pressure (A) of the washer fluid is 0.5 [MPa] or higher and 9.0 [MPa] or lower, and a pressure liquid volume ratio (A/B) which is a ratio of a discharge volume (B) of the washer fluid with respect to the discharge pressure (A) of the washer fluid is 1.8 or larger.

  • Publication number: 20160016207
Abstract: A high-pressure washing device (1) includes a nozzle (31). The nozzle (31) is configured to eject a high-pressure cleaning liquid. The cleaning liquid ejected from the nozzle (31) has a pulsation pressure. A variation rate of the pulsation pressure is more than or equal to 20%.

  • Publication number: 20150251223
Abstract: In a cleaning machine provided with a main body which discharges cleaning liquid by a pump and a cleaning gun which is connected to the main body, the cleaning machine has: an electric motor which receives electric power supply from a battery pack and which drives the pump; and a control circuit which changes a rotating speed of the electric motor so as to increase/decrease the discharging pressure of the cleaning liquid. When the voltage of the battery pack is decreased down to a predetermined second voltage higher than a predetermined first voltage at which the electric power supply to the electric motor is stopped, the largest discharging pressure of the cleaning liquid is decreased to be lower than a current-state discharging pressure thereof.

  • Publication number: 20150050169
Abstract: A high-pressure washing device includes a nozzle (31), a motor (562) a battery (7), and a pump (576). The nozzle (31) is configured to eject a high-pressure cleaning liquid. The battery (7) is configured to supply electric power to the motor (562). The pump (576) is configured to be driven by the motor (562) to eject the cleaning liquid from the nozzle (31). An ejection pressure of the cleaning liquid from the nozzle (31) is set to more than or equal to 3 Mpa.

  • Publication number: 20120184192
Abstract: To a power tool main body to which a main body spindle rotationally driving a tip tool is provided, a dust collection adapter for collecting dusts generated when a material to be ground is processed by the tip tool is held thereto. The dust collection adapter includes: a dust collection fan rotationally driven by the main body spindle; and a dust collection cover for containing the dust collection fan and covering a diametrical outside of the tip tool. The dust collection fan includes: a fan main body to which a plurality of blade portions are provided; and a threaded shaft portion provided to a center portion of the fan main body. To the threaded shaft portion, a female thread portion thread-coupled to the main body spindle and a male thread portion thread-coupled to a fastening thread member for fixing the tip tool are provided.
