  • Patent number: 8557154
Abstract: A process for the production of polyolefin pellets by cuffing a raw material which contains a molten polyolefin resin and which is extruded from an extrusion orifice (121) of a die (12) into predetermined lengths with an underwater cutter (14) which is set in close vicinity to the die face of the die (12) and which rotates in water, satisfying the following requirements (A) to (C): (A) the average linear velocity (u) of the raw material passing through the extrusion orifice (121) as defined by the equation (Eq-1) is 50 to 650 mm/sec, (B) the fictitious aspect ratio (r) as defined by the equation (Eq-2) is 1.6 or below, and (C) the r/u value is 0.002 or above wherein Q is extrusion rate (mm3/sec) of the raw material per extrusion orifice; R is radius (mm) of the extrusion orifice; and t is cutting time (sec) defined as an inverse number of the product of the number of revolution of the under-water cutter and the number of blades of the cutter.

  • Patent number: 6330220
Abstract: In a disc apparatus using a disc as an information recording medium, a vibration caused by an uneven distribution of weight of a rotational member can be prevented. A motor for rotating a turntable of the disc apparatus has a rotor. A plurality of weights are provided in the rotor, the weights being displaced by a vibration generated in the motor due to a rotation of the rotor. The plurality of weights are rotatably provided in an annular space having a center coinciding with a rotational axis of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 5648693
Abstract: A stator includes a frequency generating pattern, a driving coil composite pattern and lead lines. A rotor includes a frequency generating pattern, a driving coil composite and lead lines. A rotor includes a rotor magnet. A separation angle formed by the lead lines is an angle obtained by multiplying an integer and an separation angle formed by a pair of S-pole and magnetic poles of the rotor magnet adjacent to each other. Further, assuming that that an area between the lead lines and U-phase coils produce overlapping areas Su.sub.1 and Su.sub.2 in a top view, that the same area and a V-phase coil produce an overlapping area Sv.sub.1, and that the same area and a W-phase coil produce an overlapping area Sw.sub.1, the relationship Su.sub.1 +Su.sub.2 :Sv.sub.1 :Sw.sub.1 =1.0:1.0:1.0 exits. With this arrangement, the lead lines are least affected by the rotor magnet and the driving coil composite.
