Abstract: A print system for use through a network comprises a service system connected to the network and having a storage section in which a plurality of data are stored in a plurality of data storing locations; and a printer client system connected to the network and having a printer, wherein the printer client system accesses the service system through the network so as to obtain a data storing location of request data, downloads the request data from the obtained data storing location of the storage section, and conducts printing on the basis of the request data by the printer; and wherein the printer client system notifies the printing result to the service system.

Abstract: In a work management system to manage working conditions through a network, when a work start order is inputted by a worker at the working terminal in accordance with the action set by the work setter and the file server connects the working terminal and a job directory to store a job of the action, the file server produces a verification file to record the attribute of the job directory for the worker, and when the worker inputs a work cancel order, the file server produces a comparison file to record the attribute of the job directory for the worker and judges a justification of the work cancel order on a basis of an identity between the attribute of the job directory recorded in the verification file and the attribute of the job directory recorded in the comparison file.

Abstract: A work management program for allowing a computer to perform the function of managing a work set on a job as a work item. The work management program has a storing function to store work information including a work name and work status; a classification function to classify the work status into any one of “scheduled” work status, “entry” work status and “completed” work status; a selecting function to select work information, satisfying a predetermined condition, of the work classified to either the “scheduled” work status or the “completed” work status, and work information of the work classified to the “entry” work status; an acquiring function to acquire the work information selected; and a display function to display the work information acquired.

Abstract: The printing system includes a service server system, from which data is downloaded, and a printer client downloads the data and conducts image output based on the data. In the printing system, the service server system acquires information to specify the printer client from the printer client itself that requests access to the service server system. The service server system specifies abstract data, allowed to be transmitted to the printer client, in accordance with a copyright protection level and the printer client downloads the abstract data specified by the service server system to conduct image output.

Abstract: An administration system including; at least one job directory, for storing a file on a job, in which the job directory is recorded in a recording medium; a database for recording the working state of a working subject or of the job; a client terminal; an application software employed by a client user at each client terminal; and a working directory on a client terminal provided corresponding to the working subject and the job directory. In the administration system, if a connection state, between the working subject or the working directory corresponding thereto and the job directory, is changed, the application software records information regarding the connection state of the working subject onto the database so that the working state of the job is administered.
