Abstract: A cooler insert includes a rectangular planar plate having a plurality of legs depending from a bottom of the plate. The plate has a plurality of channels defining breakage zones along their lengths to each form a removable section that can be selectively removed from the plate by breaking the plate along the breakage zone to adjust a dimension of the plate for fitting within a particularly sized cooler. Square apertures are positioned at each intersection of the channels to form a beveled corner between the channels when the plate is separated at the intersection.

Abstract: A concrete form system includes a plurality of concrete form board brackets. The plurality of brackets includes brackets for securing the concrete form board to a conventional type metal or wood concrete form stake without the need for nails. The plurality of brackets also includes concrete form board end brackets for securing the ends of adjacent concrete form boards together that allows for a range of angles to be formed between two adjacent concrete form boards from zero degrees to more than 180 degrees. The present invention also includes flexible sections of concrete forms configured to be coupled to the brackets that allow for forming curved concrete edges.

The T-shaped strap assembly is configured to extend around and over the cargo and be secured to the cargo with the T-shaped buckle assembly. A plurality of tie-down clips is coupled to the T-shaped strap assembly at various locations along the sections of straps extending around the cargo. Each tie-down clip is configured to be coupled to a corresponding tie-down strap that extends from the clip to an anchor point of the vehicle or trailer.
