The housing includes a cartridge interface and a cover moveable between an open position allowing access to the cartridge interface and a closed position blocking access to the cartridge interface. The washing toilet seat assembly further includes a cartridge removably coupled to the cartridge interface, the cartridge including a dispensable solution, and a spray wand moveably supported by at least one of the toilet seat or the housing. The spray wand is in fluid communication with the cartridge to dispense the dispensable solution, and the spray want is configured to dispense the dispensable solution during operation of the washing toilet seat assembly as a user sits on the toilet seat.
