  • Publication number: 20190017439
Abstract: A turbomachine vane includes an electroacoustic source including two membranes fixed on a support arranged such that the membranes and the support delimit a first cavity. The membranes are arranged on two opposite sides of the first cavity between the two aerodynamic surfaces of the vane. A first of the aerodynamic surfaces includes a first region arranged facing a first of the membranes for the passage of acoustic waves. The membranes and membrane vibration device are configured such that the membranes vibrate in phase opposition and along a same emission direction by applying forces to the support such that the resultant force is approximately zero. The mechanical energy lost in the form of vane deformations due to membrane vibrations can thus be minimized.

  • Patent number: 9938901
Abstract: A pylon for attaching a turbine engine, the pylon configured to connect the engine to a structural element of an aircraft. The pylon includes a streamlined profile defined by two opposite lateral faces and defined longitudinally between a leading edge and a trailing edge. On each of its lateral faces the pylon includes a series of deflectors that are transversely spaced apart from one another and that define between them convergent and curved channels configured to accelerate air streams flowing within the channels on aircraft takeoff or in flight to deflect the air streams towards a jet of the engine.

  • Patent number: 9435214
Abstract: A device for setting a turbomachine propeller blade is provided. The setting device includes a first disc and a second disc respectively provided with first and second coupling devices, the first and second discs being coaxial; and a system for tilting at least one of the first and second discs with respect to the other. During a tilting of at least one of the first and second discs with respect to the other, the coupling distance of the at least one blade on the first and second discs remains constant, bringing about the rotation of the at least one blade.

  • Patent number: 8881502
Abstract: A mixer for a confluent-flow nozzle of a turbine engine is provided. The mixer includes: an annular cap designed to be centered on a longitudinal axis of the nozzle and having a stationary upstream portion and a downstream portion that is movable in rotation about the longitudinal axis relative to the stationary portion, the movable portion of the cap terminating at its downstream end in inner lobes alternating circumferentially with outer lobes; and a mechanism which imparts reciprocating rotary motion to the movable portion of the cap.

  • Publication number: 20140099202
Abstract: The main subject matter of the invention is a device (1) for setting a turbomachine propeller blade (2), characterised in that it comprises a first disc (3) and a second disc (4) respectively provided with first (5) and second (6) coupling means, the first (3) and second (4) discs being coaxial, means of tilting (9, 10, 11, 12) at least one of the first (3) and second (4) discs with respect to the other, the device (1) being configured so that, during a tilting of at least one of the first (3) and second (4) discs with respect to the other, the coupling distance (D) of said at least one blade (2) on the first (3) and second (4) discs remains constant, bringing about the rotation of said at least one blade (2).
