Abstract: Described are methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer program product for selectively utilizing demonstration data based on dynamically determining feature availability on computer systems. A first request is received from a client device for computer system feature data related to a computer system feature. A second request is sent to a computer system to invoke by the computer system the computer system feature. Response computer system feature data including feature status information is received. The computer system feature data is formed based on the response computer system feature data, if the feature status information indicates that the computer system feature is available on the computer system. The computer system feature data is formed based on demonstration data, if the feature status information indicates that the computer system feature is not available on the computer system. The computer system feature data is sent to the client device.

An adjustment to the axis of the shaft in reference to the vertical plane is constrained within minimum and maximum limits, so as to conform to current and proposed changes to the United States Golf Association (USGA) rules of play. The fine adjustment within these constraints cannot be readily made, and all adjustable parts are firmly fixed, so there is no reasonable likelihood of them working loose during a round. The adjustments to the club are designed such that during a stipulated round, the playing characteristics of a club cannot be purposely changed by adjustment or by other means.

Abstract: A method of operating a graphical user interface employs an input control enabling a user to provide an input value for a field. The method includes, during a first period of use of the graphical user interface by the user, automatically presenting a predetermined first input value as a default input value for the field. This may be a system default value for example. During the first period, the values provided by the user are monitored to identify a distinct second input value receiving at least a threshold use by the user. Then during a subsequent second period, based on the threshold use of the second input value during the first period, the second input value is automatically presented as the default input value for the field.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a system and method for the precise communication of strategic activities to employees and the assessment of employee performance based upon the strategic activities. More specifically, it describes a system and process for clearly defining strategic activities that need to be completed by an individual with a specific job title. These strategic activities are defined as Dimensioned Activity Descriptions (DADs). Each DAD is comprised of four quadrants, each of which indicates the activities required to meet one of four levels of performance. The assessment process is fully automated with both employee and assessors being able to comment on an assessment before it is finalized and stored. Reports are automatically generated, typically monthly and yearly to ensure that assessments are being performed on an ongoing basis.
