A URL API is provided to a buyer of the data with an encrypted password that is used to access the data from the URL API.

Abstract: A knife with an extended handle includes one side of the handle, either as part of the original structure or bonded or welded to that original structure, that projects or extends forward onto the base of the knife blade on one side thereof, thereby providing a gripping surface for the user's thumb, and onto or alongside the spine of the knife blade to provide a proximal phalanx platform for the user's forefinger. The spine may have a notch formed therein proximal, and wherein the finger platform rests in or alongside the notch. The finger platform may have a concave surface contour, and the concave surface contour may be coextensive with the notch.

Abstract: A product and method by which a range of foodstuff products may be produced which are very pleasant in taste and texture, and therefore, pleasant to eat, and which contain a sufficiency of soluble dietary fiber to effectively supplement the typically low fiber dietary intake. By adding a low viscosity, non-digestible fiber either along or in a syrup composition, foodstuffs may be amended in such a manner as to increase dietary fiber intake without adversely affecting the palatability of the foodstuffs.

Abstract: Chitin is extracted from the shells of exoskeletal animals such as crab, shrimp, crayfish, and lobster, by a primarily physical process comprising the step of cutting the shells in a wet state to approximately uniform particles. The resultant mass is then diluted and mixed to form a pumpable slurry. The slurry is separated to remove most unwanted materials, after which the particle size of the concentrated chitinous residue is further reduced. The once-washed, finely-cut chitinous slurry is again separated, resulting in a chitin end product.

Illustrative embodiments include non-fat ice cream analog products having reduced calorie content, enhanced food value due to increased protein content, and possessing the physical and organoleptic character of full fat ice creams. The egg white protein/casein particles can be used also in sauces, dips, spreads, icing and cream pie fillings.
