  • Publication number: 20080200095
Abstract: A stage and origami assembly provides at least one origami object and a stage assembly upon which the origami object is connectable. The stage assembly includes a base tray and a stage insert removably insertable therein. The stage insert provides a stage surface having an origami object slit into which an origami object tab of the origami object can be inserted to connect the origami object. The stage assembly may also have a rear wall and backdrop section, both releasably connectable to the base tray and storable therein when disconnected therefrom. An upper floor insert, connectable to the rear wall and backdrop section and storable in the base tray, provides further origami object slits for the origami objects.

  • Patent number: 6234566
Abstract: The present invention relates to a synchronized rack and pinion system for extendable rooms for recreational vehicles. In particular, the invention provides a drive system for use in extending and retracting an extendable room on a vehicle frame. The drive system includes at least one pair of parallel rack and pinion systems operatively connected between the vehicle frame and the extendable room, with each pair of parallel rack and pinion systems synchronized through respective drive shafts. The system is operable between a closed position where the extendable room is retracted with respect to the vehicle frame and an open position where the extendable room is extended with respect to the vehicle frame.

  • Patent number: 3993170
Abstract: A disc brake suitable for use in a snowmobile has a pair of friction pads associated with respective limbs of a U-shaped caliper. One of the friction pads is actuated through a mechanical linkage, and includes a ratchet-and-pawl operated automatic adjuster. The brake caliper is floatingly attached to a mounting plate to permit accomodation of the positions of the friction pads with respect to the disc.

  • Patent number: 3966181
Abstract: In a snowmobile suspension system, it is known to provide suspension system adjustment with an eye bolt-nut combination which provides an increase or decrease in tension in a torsion spring which acts on a suspension arm of the suspension system. This invention replaces the eye bolt-nut combination with a rotatably mounted cam having surface portions in the form of channels arranged at different distances from its axis. A lateral arm of the torsion spring is accommodated within these channels and upon rotation of the cam, torsion spring tension is increased or decreased which provides the necessary stiffness to the suspension system.
