The composition comprises propylene carbonate, water, at least one organic cosolvent, at least one thickening agent, at least one neutralizing agent, and at least one surfactant. In a preferred embodiment, the composition further includes a mild abrasive, wood flour, to promote the cleaning action of the propylene carbonate.
