A water repellent treatment is applied to the first and second abutting faces, and two or more boundaries that change from a region having a relatively small liquid droplet contact angle to a region having a relatively large liquid droplet contact angle are provided along a liquid infiltration direction at an abutting ends portion of the first and second case members.
