Abstract: A stationary camera device comprises a base unit 1 which can rest on a housing of a display device and on a base table which holds the display device, a camera holder 2 attached to the base unit 1, and a camera unit 3 mounted on the extreme end 2a of the camera holder 2. With the base unit 1 resting on the housing or the base table, the camera holder 2 is rotationally movable relative to the base unit 1 at least in a vertical direction X, and the camera unit 3 is rotationally movable relative to the camera holder 2 at least in the vertical direction X.

Abstract: An educational service using communication lines is provided, in which multimedia educational materials stored in advance, including video images, are delivered online so that a conversation based on the educational materials can be held with an instructor for great educative results. The service includes: a bidirectional communication server (10) for conducting bidirectional multimedia communication; a contents management server (20) for storing multimedia contents; a contents delivery server (12) for delivering the contents stored in the contents management server to user terminals; and administration system (50-56), thus providing face-to-face services and automatic services in combination. The educational service also has the function of conducting lesson evaluations and level check tests automatically.

Abstract: A sophisticated information communication service system in which multimedia contents such as moving images, still images, and text are registered in advance and are fetched when required with holding bidirectional conversation functions using multimedia information including TV pictures and sounds for providing conferences, education, medical care, nursing care, various consultations, and the like. The information communication service system comprises: a bidirectional communication server (10) for conducting bidirectional multimedia communication; a contents management server (12) for storing multimedia contents; and a contents delivery server (14) for delivering the contents stored in the contents management server to user terminals. The contents management server has a contents archiver (16) storing material contents, and performs delivery based on a scenario which defines a combination of material contents along the time axis.

Abstract: An office space is divided by partitioning panels 12a and 12b into a passageway 11 and a plurality of booths B positioned along the passageway 11, and cabling floor panels 13 are laid down only on the passageway 11 portion; wherein the floor panels 13 are provided with a space capable of storing communications cables 15 for cabling in a laid state; wherein lower side surfaces 12a1 of the partitioning panels 12a abut side surfaces 13a of the cabling floor panels 13 laid out on the passageway 11 so that the partitioning panels 12a positioned along the passageway 11 are directly positioned on an office floor 14; and a cable draw-in opening 13b is formed at a side surface portion 13a of the cabling floor panel 13 that adjoins each booth B so that the communications cables 15 which are laid in the space inside the cabling floor panels 13 can be drawn in the booths B.
