  • Publication number: 20240325183
Abstract: A stent graft delivery method includes tracking a stent graft in a delivery state within a stent graft cover along a first guidewire to a deployment site within an aorta. The stent graft defines a side opening. The method includes extending a second guidewire through the side opening. The method further includes retracting the stent graft cover to retract a second guidewire lumen of the second guidewire.

  • Patent number: 12048640
Abstract: A stent graft delivery system including a stent graft cover, a screw gear, and a handle assembly. The handle assembly includes an external slider, a T-tube, and a Y-adapter. The external slider is configured to rotate about the screw gear. The T-tube and the Y-adapter collectively form a hub configured to slide linearly along the screw gear as the external slider rotates. The T-tube defines a main lumen port extending therethrough and is configured to receive the stent graft cover and a main lumen. The Y-adapter defines a secondary lumen port and is configured to receive a secondary lumen.

  • Publication number: 20240016632
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method including positioning a first guidewire within a primary guidewire lumen of a multi-lumen tapered tip. A second guidewire is positioned within a secondary guidewire lumen and a shared guidewire lumen of the multi-lumen tapered tip, the second guidewire preventing the first guidewire from entering the shared guidewire lumen. A delivery system including the multi-lumen tapered tip is advanced over the second guidewire. By advancing the delivery system over a single guidewire, any possibility of entanglement of multiple guidewires during advancement of the delivery system is eliminated. The method further includes a guidewire exchange including releasing the second guidewire from the shared guidewire lumen, advancing the first guidewire through and out of the shared guidewire lumen, and advancing the delivery system over the first guidewire to a deployment location.

  • Patent number: 11357652
Abstract: A stent graft delivery system and method of operating the same are disclosed. The system includes a stent graft cover, a screw gear, and a handle assembly. The handle assembly includes an external slider configured to rotate about the screw gear, and a central hub configured to slide linearly along the screw gear as the external slider is rotated. The central hub defines a main lumen port extending therethrough and configured to receive the stent graft cover, and a branched lumen port configured to receive a branched lumen. The stent graft cover can be fixed to and within the main lumen port. Rotation of the handle causes the central hub to slide linearly, which simultaneously retracts the stent graft cover and the branched lumen.
