Abstract: A nectar pouch for use with a hummingbird feeder includes a main body forming an interior cavity for containing liquid nectar. A resealable opening in the upper end of the pouch allows the pouch to be sealed with liquid nectar inside for distribution, and to further be attached to a hummingbird feeder for dispersion of the liquid nectar when the pouch is inverted. A tab is hingedly attached to the bottom of the pouch, moveable between an extended position and a folded position. In the extended position the tab allows the nectar pouch and attached hummingbird feeder to be suspended from a structure. When folded, the tab lies flush with the bottom end to allow the pouch to stand upright and to allow the pouch to be package in standard flat bottomed containers while standing upright. Various embodiment of the nectar pouch are shown and described.

Abstract: A multipurpose vase having a convertible base and elongated member for anchoring the vase is disclosed. The vase may have an interior void where the elongated member can be stored when it is not used to secure the vase to a surface. The base can be oriented differently depending on whether the elongated member is used to secure the vase to a surface or whether the vase rests on a horizontal surface without use of the elongated member.

Abstract: A scent dispersing apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a shell that extends upwardly from a base and a receptacle for holding a scent producing substance. In one embodiment the receptacle rests on a ledge extending inwardly from a sidewall of the shell. Atop the receptacle is a plant feature that has a synthetic or organic plant extending upwardly. The invention may include a spacer ring inserted between the plant feature and receptacle. The apparatus includes a heat source for melting the scent producing substance. Scent given off by the scent producing substance could be made to match the scent given off by the plant in the plant feature if the plant was found in nature.

Abstract: A bird feeder with detachable decorative and camouflage features is disclosed. The bird feeder includes a base supporting a housing configured to contain bird feed. In one embodiment, the base includes feeding posts having an annular groove for receiving a synthetic flower and elastic ring to provide a detachable decorative feature. In other embodiments, the bird feeder includes a foliage support having a plurality of foliage receptacles. The foliage receptacles have a serrated inner surface for receiving and retaining the stem of detachable foliage.
