  • Publication number: 20110285629
Abstract: The invention relates to a computer mouse, in particular a laser mouse, wherein the housing (2) is formed as a miniaturized automobile model, the front hood (5) thereof having a plurality of actuating elements. At least one mass storage device (21) for storing data and at least one interface, preferably a USB connection (20) for connecting the mass storage device (21) to a computer or the like, are additionally integrated in the housing (20). The housing (2) of the automobile model comprises a front hood (5) divided into at least two parts and two buttons (5a, 5b) are formed thereby. In said computer mouse, existing automobile models are copied to scale, thereby resulting in a very special esthetic mouse for a user that can also be used for storing data as an additional function.

  • Patent number: 6635942
Abstract: A semiconductor component (50), in particular a solar cell, which has at least one semiconductor base material (40) consisting of a mono or a polycrystalline structure. The semiconductor base material (40) consists at least in part of pyrite with the chemical composition FeS2 and which is cleaned for the purpose of achieving a defined degree of purity. Maximum benefit is drawn from the semiconductor base material (40) when it is produced from at least one layer of pyrite (51), at least one layer of boron (52) and at least one layer of phosphorous (53). An optimum type is derived from this semiconductor component when it is used as a solar cell.

  • Patent number: 5981865
Abstract: An apparatus (10) for utilizing solar energy includes an outer shell body (11), an inner body (40) inside it, and a hollow body (30) provided in between which are formed in a shape of a uniform polyhedron, in particular a dodecahedron. The shell body (11) and the hollow body (30) are provided with at least one opening (12, 13, 15) for the entrance of solar rays. The shell body (11) is therein disposed above a reflector pan (20) and has a partial polyhedron form, in particular in dodecahedral form. The solar energy concentrated in the shell body (11) is converted and conducted further to a consumer. With this cost-effectively produced apparatus (10) an improved efficiency relative to know apparatus is attained.
