More particularly, this invention relates to flexible collars for controlling ticks on companion animals prepared from novel dry blended polyvinyl chloride resin compositions containing spiro?cyclopropane-1,1'-indene!-2-carboxylic acid, 3,3-dimethyl-, .alpha.-cyano-m-phenoxybenzyl ester and 15% to 25%, by weight, of a selected plasticizing agent.
