  • Patent number: 11940467
Abstract: A sensor arrangement includes at least one sensor which is connected to a first control unit and a second control unit. The at least one sensor has two sensor connections, and each of the sensor connections of the at least one sensor is electrically connected to an assigned node. Each node is respectively connected downstream of a control unit input of the first control unit and respectively connected upstream of a control unit input of the second control unit.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 14, 2019
Date of Patent: March 26, 2024
    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH
Inventors: Peter Rebholz-Goldmann, Oda Limbach, Sven Plecko
  • Patent number: 11731599
Abstract: A device for operating a braking system of a motor vehicle, including a first control unit for operating an ABS unit of the braking system and including a second control unit for operating a brake booster unit of the braking system. The control units are designed as application-specific integrated circuits and are connected to a microprocessor for their control, the microprocessor including a separate shut-off path for each of the circuits.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 14, 2018
Date of Patent: August 22, 2023
    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH

  • Publication number: 20190229526
Abstract: A device for coupling a control unit with a voltage supply. An electrical connection between the voltage supply and the electrical control unit may be opened/closed with a switching element. An electrical resistor, which allows for a limited current flow from the voltage supply to the electrical control unit even when the switching element is open, is parallel to the switching element. Thus, an electrical energy store, such as a capacitor or a similar device, which is to buffer the input voltage at the electrical control unit, is chargeable even when the switching element is open. This is to avoid adverse effects caused by the charging of a capacitor at the input of the control unit when the switching element is closed.
