    Abstract: A method and controller apparatus for controlling a boiler to supply water to a water loop in a hydronic building heating system is disclosed. The water loop passes through at least one suite in the building. The method involves receiving a suite temperature reading from a temperature sensor installed inside the at least one suite, causing the boiler to heat the supply water when the suite temperature reading is lower than a target temperature by an allowed variance, the target temperature being based on an expected activity in the suite, and causing the boiler to discontinue heating the supply water when the suite temperature reading is higher than the target temperature by an allowed variance.
