Abstract: The invention provides modified dairy proteins in which at least one potentially phosphorylated amino acid has been replaced with a negatively charged amino acid. The modified dairy proteins exhibit at least one of: an improved capacity to binding calcium, an improved capacity to form a micelle, an altered isoelectric point (pl), altered thermal stability and an altered zeta potential, when expressed in a heterologous expression system, relative to that of the unmodified dairy protein when it is recombinantly expressed in the same heterologous expression system. The invention also provides cells, tissues, plants, plant parts and seeds, expressing the modified dairy proteins. The invention also provides methods for the production and use of the modified proteins. The invention also provides food or beverage products or ingredients comprising the modified dairy proteins.

Abstract: The presently disclosed subject matter refers to agro-photovoltaic modules (at times also referred to as agri voltaic modules) designed to increase the productivity use of available area. The agro-photovoltaic module can enable agricultural growth and the production of energy, e.g. by using photovoltaic cell(s), while using the same area (land space, lake, rooftop, etc.), therefore the agro-photovoltaic module can offer a good solution for this issue. This may help overcome legislations/rules in different countries, for example, where land can not be used solely for solar energy cultivation and must be integrated with agricultural purposes. The produced photovoltaic energy is either being used by components of the module or directed to an external electric power system.

Abstract: A filter apparatus is used for at least partially removing dirt from a pressurized liquid flow passing therethrough. The filter apparatus includes a harvesting utility for harvesting electrical energy from the liquid flow, and at least part of the harvested electrical energy can be used for powering a cleaning mechanism of the apparatus that periodically cleans the filter apparatus.
