  • Publication number: 20070228911
Abstract: A refrigerator comprises: an inner case that forms a storage space; a plurality of fixing members coupled to the inner case so as to be protruding to the storage space, for preventing a foaming agent applied to a rear surface of the inner case from leaking to the storage space; and a guide rail fixedly-coupled to the fixing members, and to which a storage means is slidably coupled. Since components for slidably coupling a storage means to the inner case are simplified and an assembly process is facilitated, a production cost is reduced and a productivity is enhanced. Furthermore, the components for slidably coupling the storage means to the inner case are firmly coupled to the inner case, and a foaming agent is prevented from leaking to inside of the inner case, thereby enhancing the reliability of the product.

  • Publication number: 20070144203
Abstract: The present invention relates to a refrigerator having a dispenser. In the present invention, the dispenser is provided in a concave portion of a door to be exposed toward a front surface of the door. A water tank is installed between a rear surface of the dispenser and a door liner defining a rear surface of the door. The water tank stores the water delivered from an external water supply source while the water in maintained at a relatively low temperature and then discharges the water to the outside through the dispenser. Furthermore, in the present invention, a nozzle, through which the water is discharged from the water tank, is directly connected to a drainpipe of the dispenser, so that users may always take out the water maintained at a constant temperature.

  • Patent number: 7222497
Abstract: The present invention relates to an ice maker having a fan assembly. The ice maker 30 of the present invention comprises a main body 40 and a fan assembly 60 mounted to the main body 40 by means of resilient mounting hooks. A housing 62 defines an external appearance of the fan assembly 60, and comprises first and second housing portions 62a and 62b. The first and second housing portions 62a and 62b are provided with concavo-convex coupling portions 63 and 63? at positions corresponding to each other so that the housing portions can be provisionally assembled by coupling the concavo-convex coupling portions to each other. The interiors of the first and second housing 62a and 62b are partitioned by partition plates 64 to define a cold air flow passage 64f, and a discharge duct 66 is formed integrally to communicate with the cold air flow passage 64f.

  • Patent number: 7207189
Abstract: A dispenser of a conventional refrigerator supplies only cold water. Therefore, the dispenser cannot meet a variety of users' needs. Further, the conventional refrigerator has a problem in that various kinds of water supplied from a water source cannot be properly purified. The present invention relates to a refrigerator including a main body with a storage space defined therein and a door for opening and closing the storage space.

  • Publication number: 20070078017
Abstract: An unbendable billiard cue, which is manufactured by dividing a square lumber (20), sawed from a wood material (10), into a central member (21), having a cross-shaped section in which longitudinal sides thereof are perpendicular to transverse sides lines thereof and end terminals thereof contact edges of the square lumber (20), and peripheral members (22, 23, 24, and 25) cut off from the central member, and the peripheral members (22, 23, 24, and 25) are then bonded to the central member (21) so that the direction of the annual rings of the peripheral members (22, 23, 24, and 25) is opposite to the direction of the annual rings of the central member (21), thereby offsetting stress applied to the central member (21) due to the orientation of the annual rings of the original square lumber (20), and applied to the peripheral members (22, 23, 24, and 25), and allowing maintaining its straight state without deformation.

  • Patent number: 7047754
Abstract: The present invention relates to a heater controller and a heater control method of a refrigerator, and more particularly, to a heater controller and a heater control method of a refrigerator, which control a heater mounted in a refrigerator dispenser. In the present invention, a dispenser of a refrigerator door is provided with a water tank. In order to prevent water in the water tank from being frozen over, the heater is mounted at an outside of the water tank. In addition, by measuring an outer surface temperature of the water tank and then recognizing a water temperature in the water tank based on the outer surface temperature of the water tank, the heater is controlled to be turned on/off based on a range of the water temperature in the water tank. Furthermore, in the present invention, an ambient temperature at a position of the refrigerator is measured, and then, the heater outputs heat energy according to a range of the ambient temperature.
