  • Publication number: 20090243131
Abstract: An injection molding machine includes a pressure detector 35, 48, 87 or 151 being a strain detector configured to detect strain when voltage is input to the strain detector. A value of the voltage being input to the pressure detector 35, 48, 87 or 151 is changed during one molding cycle.

  • Patent number: 7329373
Abstract: A control method of a rotational speed of a screw for an injection molding machine, wherein rotation of a motor is transmitted the screw disposed within a cylinder member attached to an injection frame, includes the steps of (a) sending an electric current to a stator attached to the injection frame, (b) rotating a rotor which is disposed radially inward of the stator, and which includes a hollow and cylindrical member and a magnet attached to the hollow and cylindrical member, and (c) transmitting rotation of the rotor to the screw.

  • Patent number: 6755636
Abstract: An injection apparatus includes an injection frame; a cylinder member attached to the injection frame; an injection member disposed within the cylinder member such that the same can rotate and can advance and retreat; a rotary slide member attached to the injection member; a stator attached to the injection frame, and a rotor disposed radially inward of the stator to be rotatable relative to the stator. The rotor includes a hollow, cylindrical member disposed radially outward of the rotary slide member and movably relative to the rotary slide member, and a magnet attached to the cylindrical member. In this case, the rotor has a cylindrical member and a magnet and can transmit generated rotation directly to the rotary slide member. Therefore, a transmission mechanism which consists of an output gear, a counter drive gear, a counter driven gear, a rotary member, etc. becomes unnecessary; and generation of noise due to meshing engagement of gears and other components can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 6409957
Abstract: A stationary plate is fixed to a rear end of a cylinder section. A movable plate is disposed such that it can be advanced and retracted relative to the stationary plate. An injection member is disposed within the cylinder section such that it can be advanced and retracted. The rear end of the injection member is rotatably supported by the movable plate. A drive unit generates rotation when driven. Conversion units disposed between the stationary plate and the movable plate and are adapted to covert a rotational force to a thrust force. A transmission unit is disposed between the drive unit and one of the conversion units and is adapted to transmit a rotation generated by the drive unit to the conversion unit. A synchronization unit is provided in order to synchronize the rotation of the one of the conversion units with rotations of the remaining conversion units.
