  • Publication number: 20210175747
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for contactless inductive energy transmission from a primary portion to a secondary portion that both include at least one coil that can be inductively coupled to each other via an air gap. At least one of the primary portion and the secondary portion includes a condition monitoring device for monitoring at least one condition parameter of the primary portion and the secondary portion. The condition monitoring device of the primary portion is coupled to a data transmission device of the primary portion and the condition monitoring device of the secondary portion is coupled to a data transmission device of the secondary portion. In addition, the condition monitoring device also includes a parameterization unit that can be used to adjust and modify individual condition parameters.

  • Patent number: 10505399
Abstract: An apparatus for the contactless, inductive transmission of energy from a primary portion a secondary portion includes at least one coil in each portion which are inductively coupled to each other. The primary portion and the secondary portion include at least one magnetic field sensor and are arranged to determine a position of the secondary portion relative to the primary portion using a magnetic field generated by the coils and measured with the aid of the magnetic field sensor.

  • Patent number: 9715963
Abstract: A contact-free electrical connector arrangement is provided for transferring inductive energy from a primary connector component to a secondary connector component, comprising a pair of connector components each including a housing containing a chamber, a ferrite core arranged in the chamber, and a coil arranged in the chamber for cooperation with the core. An input cable supplies electrical energy to the coil contained in the housing of a primary one of said components, and an output cable removes inductively-transferred energy from the coil contained in the housing of a secondary one of said components. According to an operating method of the invention, a parameter is measured at the primary coil for interrupting the energy supply when the secondary component is not present.
