The actuator part has a rest position and is secured in the rest position against movement into the triggering position. A spring is provided that locks the actuator part in the rest position. The actuator part is axially movable against the force of the spring from the rest position into a release position and is rotatable in the release position about an axis of rotation in order to reach the triggering position.
