  • Patent number: 4194134
Abstract: A two-terminal network includes a transistor which is arranged to switch from a low-ohmic to a high-ohmic state when a predetermined value of a potential drop across a collector-emitter path of the transistor is exceeded; a regenerative threshold circuit arranged to disconnect a base current to the transistor the predetermined value of the potential drop is exceeded.

  • Patent number: 4128741
Abstract: A cross-point array for telecommunication systems, produced as an xy-matrix in a monolithic substrate with switching means arranged at the cross-points between the x and y conductors in the form of transistors controllable to assume an "on" state with a low impedance and an "off" state with a high impedance, the transistors having their collector-emitter path connected between the x and y conductors and supplied with current from a constant-current generator, is improved by having the collector-base diode of each transistor connected in parallel with a Schottky-diode supplied with current from a second constant-current generator and operating in its forward direction in the "on" state, whereby cross-talk caused by a parasitic transistor function is inhibited between the cross-points in the substrate.

  • Patent number: 4013971
Abstract: A monolitic transistor amplifier includes a negative feedback network between the output stage and an input stage. The network comprises one or more resistive voltage divider L-link with shunt elements which have a higher temperature coefficient than its series elements. The shunt elements have resistors which are in close thermal contact with the output transistor causing the negative feedback to increase with the current passing the output transistor. The shunt resistors are formed in the collector diffusion giving them a temperature coefficient of 3.5%/.degree. C.

  • Patent number: 3997821
Abstract: The invention refers to a solid electrolytic capacitor, the anode and cathode leads of which are in known manner formed from a metal strip while the electrolytic capacitor per se comprises a metallic anode body which has a relatively large plane surface above which a dielectric layer and a cathode layer are stacked in that order. The cathode lead is a part formed from the metal strip and shaped as a plate having a surface that is at least as large as the plane surface of the anode body and faces the cathode layer.
