    Abstract: A container is for storing at least one mobile device being recharged. The container has a self-closing door for closing the container, a sensor for detecting a fire inside the container, and an actuator for retaining the door in an open position. The actuator is adaptable to release the door when a fire is detected by the sensor. A mobile device may thus be safely recharged while its user is unaware or asleep.
