Patent number: 10459011Abstract: A system, method, and circuit for determining signals. A bridge output is received from a Wheatstone bridge sensing a slow signal and a fast signal. A slow output associated with the slow signal and a fast output associated with the fast signal are determined from the bridge output utilizing a microcontroller. The microcontroller generates the offset signal in response to the slow output. Other systems, methods, and circuits are disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: December 31, 2013Date of Patent: October 29, 2019Assignee: HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES, INC.Inventors: Oleg Bondarenko, Wei Zhang, Timothy S. Patent number: 10401533Abstract: An example method for determining borehole acoustics using an electromagnetic sensing apparatus may include positioning a downhole tool within a borehole disposed in a formation. The downhole tool may comprise at least one acoustic source and at least one electromagnetic (EM) sensor. An acoustic wave may be emitted from the at least one acoustic source. The acoustic wave may generate an electrical signal when an EM field is present within the borehole. The electrical signal may be measured with the at least one EM sensor. At least one downhole characteristic may be determined based, at least in part, on the measured electrical signal.Type: GrantFiled: May 30, 2013Date of Patent: September 3, 2019Assignee: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.Inventors: Clovis Bonavides, Burkay Donderici, Oleg Bondarenko, Boguslaw Wiecek

Patent number: 10337320Abstract: Certain aspects are directed to capturing data regarding physical states associated with a perforating string. In one aspect, a sensing tool is provided. The sensing tool includes at least one sensor and a processor positioned in an isolated chamber of the sensing tool. The processor samples data from the sensor at a first sampling rate associated with the deployment of a perforating string. The data is associated with at least one parameter with respect to the perforating string. The processor detects a trigger condition associated with a perforation operation of the perforating string. The processor switches to a second sampling rate in response to detecting the trigger condition. The second sampling rate is greater than the first sampling rate and is associated with the perforation operation. The processor samples data at the second sampling rate for a period of time in which the perforation operation is at least partially performed.Type: GrantFiled: June 20, 2013Date of Patent: July 2, 2019Assignee: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.Inventors: Oleg Bondarenko, Wei Zhang, Timothy S. Glenn, John D. Burleson, John Patrick Rodgers

Patent number: 10301929Abstract: A method and logging tool for evaluating leakage within a wellbore. In an embodiment, a percussive hammer assembly is selectively actuated to strike the interior wall of a casing, thereby propagating a sound wave along the casing. An array of acoustic detectors are selectively recorded during short time windows based on sound propagation times from the percussive hammer assembly to each acoustic detector, thereby avoiding the need to continuously sample acoustic detectors and collecting voluminous data. A self-tuning mode may be provided to determine sound propagation times.Type: GrantFiled: February 10, 2015Date of Patent: May 28, 2019Assignee: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.Inventors: Oleg Bondarenko, Ryan Le

Patent number: 10087742Abstract: A fixture for receiving a tool that facilitates communication between a tool and other equipment. The fixture includes a shroud sized to at least partially cover a circumference of a housing of the tool, and one or more current transformers or sensors which are coupled to the shroud. Each current transformer can inductively receive or inject, through the housing, a current from or into electronics contained within the housing of the tool. The induced current can be part of the communication between the tool and the equipment. The communication can be a data communication between the tool and the equipment, a transfer of electrical power from the equipment to the tool, or both. The tool can be a closed cavity without electrical or magnetic interfaces.Type: GrantFiled: September 29, 2014Date of Patent: October 2, 2018Assignee: HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES, INC.Inventors: George David Goodman, Oleg Bondarenko

Patent number: 9516171Abstract: A client-server telephone call router system as part of a customer premises system has a client-server router adapted to execute on a telephony switch, such as a public branch exchange (PBX) or other telephony switch, or on a processor connected by CTI link to a telephony switch. The telephony switch or processor executing the router is connected to a local area network (LAN) that also interconnects computer workstations proximate to telephones connected to the telephony switch. Client user interface applications run on the computer workstations, allowing clients to edit routing rules for the router, which has a list of routing rules keyed to users and workstations of the customer premises system. The editing rules are kept by the router in portions dedicated to individual users. With this system a user can edit at a workstation on the LAN his\her own routing rules, and transmit the edits to the client-server router where the rules will be followed to route calls for that user and protocol.Type: GrantFiled: May 8, 2015Date of Patent: December 6, 2016Assignee: Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc.Inventors: Igor Neyman, Myhailo Barskyy, Alec Miloslavsky, Oleg Bondarenko, Valeriy Issayev, Andrei Petrov, Pavel Karpenko, Alex Smelik, Alexander Volguin, Yuri Ostapchuk, Boris Livshits, Hamid Dadgar
