Abstract: A mobile device is provided. The mobile device includes a housing, a camera module on one surface of the housing, an internal antenna inside the housing, an external antenna, adjacent to the internal antenna, on an outside of the housing and spaced a certain distance from the one surface of the housing, and an antenna adjuster on the outside of the housing and configured to selectively electromagnetically couple the external antenna with the internal antenna, wherein, when the internal antenna is not electromagnetically coupled with the external antenna, electromagnetic waves radiated from the internal antenna forms a first antenna radiation pattern and wherein, when the internal antenna is electromagnetically coupled with the external antenna, the electromagnetic waves radiated from the internal antenna forms a second antenna radiation pattern.
