Abstract: The invention relates to biotechnology, pharmacy, cosmetology and veterinary medicine, and can be used in the manufacture of therapeutic, prophylactic, cosmetic, and sanitary and hygienic products such as sprays for air treatment, as well as gels, balms, lotions and liquids for impregnating antiseptic and immune-enhancing wipes, which do not cause side effects. The technical problem solved by the proposed technical solution consists in increasing the aggregative stability and improving the organoleptic properties of the composition of essential oils and phytoextracts during dilution, storage, pressure increase, freezing while maintaining biological activity. The basic alcoholic-based composition for the preparation of a biologically active agent for the treatment of the human environment includes combinations of essential oils and phytoextracts at a total amount of up to 48%.
