  • Publication number: 20230246259
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to processes for separating a mixture of oxalates of two or more of Ni (nickel), Co (cobalt) and Mn (manganese). Such processes are useful, for example, to separate recovery of two or more of Ni, Co and Mn from used ithium ion batteries or from waste of the production of lithium ion batteries or of cells or components of lithium ion batteries.

  • Publication number: 20190170124
Abstract: A measuring arrangement for a wind power installation for determining a thrust force of the rotor. A measuring device detects a first bending moment of the tower at a first height and a second bending moment of the tower at a second height, which is different from the first height. The first and second bending moments are in this case made up in each case of a natural moment component, a pitching moment component and a thrust force component. A thrust force determining unit determines a thrust force of the rotor based on a comparison of the at least first and second bending moments, so that the natural moment component and the pitching moment component cancel one another out.

  • Ski
    Patent number: 8215659
Abstract: The invention relates to a ski having a ski blade, the ski being configured in layers, the ski blade having at least one material recess, and the ski comprising at least one strap made of a high-strength opaque material, particularly metal, such as aluminum, and at least one strap made of a rigid translucent material, characterized in that the material recess (4) of the ski blade (2) is formed by cutouts of the strap(s) (7, 10) made of a high-strength opaque material, and that the at least one strap (6, 9) made of the rigid translucent material covers the material recess (4).
