Abstract: A bottle closure includes a drink spout, a pump mechanism, and a trigger mechanism. The pump mechanism includes a plunger configured to be movable along a first axis to pump a liquid, and the plunger is operatively connected to a first camming surface. The trigger mechanism is connected to the pump mechanism and movable linearly along a second axis. The second axis is transverse with the first axis. The trigger mechanism is configured to actuate the pump mechanism to pump the liquid as the trigger mechanism is moved. The trigger mechanism has a second camming surface configured to engage with the first camming surface of the pump mechanism. The first and second camming surfaces are shaped and configured such that motion of the trigger mechanism causes the second camming surface to engage with the first camming surface to move the plunger along the first axis.

Abstract: A measuring cup may have volumetric indicia printed along upper and lower surfaces of a reference member disposed near a central portion of a space encircled by a sidewall of the measuring cup. The volumetric indicia may be viewable from above the measuring cup while the cup is disposed on a horizontal countertop or work surface. When inverted, the volumetric indicia printed along a lower surface of the reference member may likewise be viewable from above. In essence, the measuring cup contains two receptacles for measuring volumes of substances. One receptacle is accessible from a “top” of the measuring cup, while another receptacle is accessible from a “bottom” of the measuring cup. The reference member eliminates the need to raise the measuring cup to eye level to check the volume of substance.

Abstract: A bottle closure includes a base and top portion. The base portion is attachable to a bottle. The base portion has a first passageway extending therethrough configured to communicate with a bottle interior. The top portion is releasably connectable with the base portion. The top portion is movable relative to the base portion between open and closed positions. When open, the top portion is spaced from the base portion to provide access to the base portion first passageway. When closed, the top portion is in register with the base portion and covers the base portion first passageway. The top portion further has a second passageway extending therethrough and a drink spout in the second passageway. The drink spout has a portion configured for movement in the second passageway between open and closed positions. The open position allows fluid communication through the second passageway and the closed prevents it.

Abstract: An apparatus for receiving a liquid container adapted and configured to be removably coupled to an object includes a first clip portion and a second clip portion pivotally coupled to one another. The first clip portion has an outer facing portion, an inner facing portion opposite the outer facing portion, a first end, and a second end. The first end has a plurality of concentric step portions consecutively positioned with increasing depth relative to the outer facing portion. The first end has a stem receiving opening and a stem receiving channel adapted and configured to allow a stem to pass into the first end and into the stem receiving opening. The second clip portion has a first end and a second end. The first end has an opening through the second clip portion and a stem receiving channel.
