A lid or the carrier body with outlet openings directed towards the interior space of the chamber can be placed in a substantially gastight manner on the opening with an edge. One of the lateral walls is formed as an access wall which is opened and substantially gastightly sealed or introducing the carrier body into the interior space of the chamber.
