  • Publication number: 20180203744
Abstract: Data processing system comprising: at least one processing layer split into plural lanes operative for concurrent processing, using processor circuitry, in accordance with different analytics requirements; at least one initial data ingestion layer operative for ingestion of data and routing data, using processor circuitry, to one of the plural lanes; and a data storage layer aka persistence layer, receiving and storing outputs from the plural lanes, wherein the lanes include at least one of: at least one batch processing lane operative for batch processing, using processor circuitry, of chunks of data received from the data storage layer; and at least one stream processing lane to which data delivered as a stream of data packets is routed by the ingestion layer for analytics performed, using processor circuitry, for at least some of the packets.

  • Patent number: 9037324
Abstract: A method for controlling a ship propulsion system including a surface propeller, in which the desired capacity is interpreted as the target rotational value, the rotational speed control deviation is calculated from the desired rotational value and the actual rotational value of the internal combustion engine and an injection quantity for the rotational control of the internal combustion engine is determined using the rotational speed control deviation on a rotational speed controller. The trim position of the surface propeller is controlled by an arrangement controller in accordance with the capacity reserve of the internal combustion engine and the actual trim position and the effective rotational speed, the trim position being determined from the rotational speed control deviation.

  • Publication number: 20100030410
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling a ship propulsion system comprising a surface propeller in which the desired capacity is interpreted as the target rotational value, the rotational speed control deviation is calculated from the desired rotational value and the actual rotational value of the internal combustion engine and an injection quantity for the rotational control of the internal combustion engine is determined using the rotational speed control deviation on a rotational speed controller. According to said method the trim position of the surface propeller is controlled by means of an arrangement controller in accordance with the capacity reserve of the internal combustion engine and the actual trim position and the effective rotational speed, said trim position being determined from the rotational speed control deviation.

  • Publication number: 20030187500
Abstract: The invention relates to a conduit cardiac-valve prosthesis. Said prosthesis consists of a cylindrical tube or a tube provided with bulbous projections with an integrated support housing comprising a base ring, which bears at least two stanchions that are orientated substantially in the direction of the ring axis and are connected by an arc-shaped wall that fixes flexible leaflets. The invention aims to improve the physiological properties of said prosthesis. To achieve this, the tube, the support housing and the leaflets consist of a single material, preferably polyurethane or another polymer and form a one-piece body.
