  • Patent number: 11919445
Abstract: A vehicle steering wheel system is provided. The system includes a steering wheel body with a hub region for attachment to a steering shaft of a vehicle steering system, a steering wheel rim and at least one spoke for attaching the steering wheel rim to the hub region; an electromechanical triggering device for triggering an acoustic output by means of an acoustic warning device of the vehicle, wherein the triggering device has an impact absorber cover and at least one force transducer wherein a force value threshold is predefined for each force transducer, and a wake-up signal is transmitted via the data connection to the evaluation unit if the force value threshold is exceeded by at least one force value, so that the latter changes from the energy-saving mode into the operating mode in which an actuating force value is determined by force value measured by the at least one force transducer.

  • Publication number: 20220153193
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle steering wheel, including: a steering wheel body with a hub region for attachment to a steering shaft, with a steering wheel rim and with at least one spoke for attaching the steering wheel rim to the hub region; an airbag initiation device; wherein an electromechanical triggering device has at least one force transducer, which is disposed between a projection and the steering wheel body and via which the impact absorber cover is supported on the steering wheel body, for measuring a force value that can be associated with an actuating force acting on the actuating surface of the impact absorber cover; wherein the electromechanical triggering device has at least one electronic evaluation unit connected in an electrically conductive manner to the force transducer to determine an actuating force value by a force value measured by the at least one force transducer.

  • Publication number: 20090099323
Abstract: A melamine-formaldehyde resin solution having a formaldehyde/melamine ratio smaller than or equal to 1.5, at which it possesses a water compatibility ranging from 0.15 to 4.0 at 20° C., and a stability of at least 5 hours at a F/M ratio of 1.0, a stability of at least 6 hours at a F/M ratio of 1.1, a stability of at least 13 hours at a F/M ratio of 1.2, a stability of at least 24 hours at a F/M ratio of 1.3, a stability of at least 50 hours at a F/M ratio of 1.4, and a stability of at least 200 hours at a F/M ratio of 1.5, the stability of the resin solution being linearly dependent, within the range boundaries 1.0<F/M<1.1, 1.1<F/M<1.2, 1.2<F/M<1.3, 1.3<F/M<1.4, 1.4<F/M<1.5, upon the stabilities of the corresponding F/M range boundaries.
